Funny of the week!

So this past week while Caroline and Kathryn were playing at Mom and Dad's house on the Bonzai slide, Caroline decided that the puppy was hot and need to be cooled off. So she proceeded to dump an entire bucket of water on her!
Nana of course said rather than dumping water on her, she should see if the puppy wanted a drink from the bucket.
So Caroline fills it back up and asks Kahlua - "Do you want a drink or do you want to get baptized again?" Classic! Mom wasn't sure what she said so she said "Caroline did you said Bath Time or Baptized?" Caroline's response "Nana, baptized, you know like what I did in church when I was a baby!"
So stinking funny - I have no idea where the whole baptized thing came from. I love the things they come up with!

Smores!

We had so much fun making smores at Nana and Papa's house last night. The girls have been wanting to make them for a couple weeks, so last night we finally did. It was messy and dirty but they loved every minute. Another interesting fact we found out is that Daddy had never made smores before either! So that left Mommy and Nana as the resident smores experts.
Now if we could just get the girls shirt straps to stay up!

Someone was a little mad when she realized Daddy and Nana ate the marshmallows they were cooking! Guess she thought they would ALL be for her!

I love the soot marks on her face where she wiped her fingers... priceless!

Kicks

So our little man has taken to this kicking thing in a pretty big way in the last 24 hours. I have felt him move and kick since about 18 weeks but just last night I was like whoa... seriously! It feels like his mission now is to kick a hole in my stomach. I would be lying if I said I didn't love it. I do! Not sure if other Mommys feel the same way but I think it is the most reassuring feeling in the world. I also feel like I get a tiny glimpse (or really feeling) into his personality.
I can't wait to meet our little guy in just a few more months!!
